Often we experience a range of emotions and have trouble finding positive ways to express them. You may feel a mix of emotions throughout the day, frustrated, happy, worried, relaxed or sad and anything in between.
It can be helpful to record your thoughts, feelings and ideas down on paper as a way of keeping connected with yourself.
The younger you start to do this the better it will be in the long run and the easier it will get.
